Rosie and Neale,
 thank you for the info on the 1901,1911 census it was a big help, and after going through it all I have not come up trumps, which is a big pity, so I will have to go back to the drawing board.
Just when I thouht I had crack it. The Kathleen I am looking for was orphaned and I thouht that this was her as she did not state birth place on the marriage certificate.

I wish to thank everyone for there help in this query, it is one less wild goose chase and one must just soldier on.

The information on the image of the marriage record, 1917 Hobart, would seem to match the FREEMAN family in the 1901 Census.
