Its a pity the mother's maiden name not given at that time on the births of the children .I haven't found Edward and Ann marriage either but thought likely up in Montgomeryshire where they were from .

Hello , I guess dying is a possibility but looking on rosy side of marriage . I just found a marriage in Montgomeryshire at llanfyllin which was where Ann was from { she was born in the village they flooded for Lake Vyrnwy} The marriage though was 1863 to Ann Evans , but that would make our Ann 13 yrs old so very doubtful
