I’ve not read your other thread yet but going from records found I have found one promising birth in Leitrim.
There are others for you to search on this site https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/

The birthdate here fits quite favourably with another record I can see
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1880/02852/2045041.pdf

I can’t see the family in 1901 Irish census though.

You need to check 1921 census for any clues and also 1939 register. That gives birthdates.

Her father Peter died 1883
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1883/06363/4825876.pdf

There are two Peters in the same townland but this death was reported by his father in law Pat Gilhooley so that fits with the mother Bridget on Mary’s birth record.

I have yet to find a marriage or death for Bridget.

I have yet to find a marriage or death for Bridget.

Here's a marriage for a Peter Owens to a Bridget Gilhooly on 28 February 1876 at Ennismagragh [sic] RC Church.
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1876/11157/8087136.pdf

The civil parish is Inishmagrath and here's the townland of Lisacoghil where Peter and Bridget farmed, west of the town of Dromahair.
