GRO has William’s second name as ‘Riche’ not Richie.
Leonard’s birth shows father as a George William Riche Webber

The father George William Riche Webber his entire Army file is on ancestry. Many pages

He was 5'6" tall, Blue eyes, Brown hair, Fresh complexion.
Has a vaccination scar on his left arm.  (probably the smallpox jab- my notes)
His father is William B Webber of 144 Newland Road, St Paul, Bristol.
 
Enlisted 1890 discharged 28 August 1914 re letter from Royal Chelsea Hospital
