Not allowed to share details from 1939 register - however, if you do a search yourself try looking with birthdate 23/7/1896.

Your local library may have access to Ancestry Library Edition, which allows 1939 look-ups.
Mine certainly does!
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)
