Pity they can’t be found in 1851 as that would clinch the birthplace

Hi,
I am also looking for the Baker family though in Barley in the Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridge borders. They are supposed to be Romanies though so far they have only ordinary first names so I am rather envious of the unusual/exotic names you have there. According to Sharon Sillers Floate in My Ancestors were Gypsies having exotic names fulfill one of the four criteria of a Romany family. Of course another one is that they moved around and so are difficult to find! Good luck!
