Yes I can.  Received a message yesterday in response to one i sent on 25 April 2019 so 3 years and 4 months.

Do you think Ancestry are finding messages that their previous system didn't actually pass on and they are forwarding them now, hence the apparent delay in the response.

I think many casual users of ancestry (particularly younger users) give hotmail or Google style email accounts which they don’t use often, hence the delay in answering.

One reply I got recently..only a 6 week delay apologised because they don’t log in often, I don’t know if they can opt out of receiving messages from Ancestry?

My longest reply was many moons ago now, it took a year before he replied. We are are now very good friends and meet up whenever we are in America.
Please acknowledge when a restorer works on your photos, it can take hours for them to work their magic

Please scan at 300dpi minimum to help save the restorers eyesight.

I can't better that but you've reminded me to log into my late aunt's account to see if she has any messages

..I can manage her tree and DNA but don't get message notification.

Every few years I send new messages to people who didn't answer the first time . Several say they never got notification for first one .
