I came across this on Familysearch. Its not quite in the right time frame, may be a coincidence, but just a thought as your Rumneys also have a connection to Morland, Westmorland!

I have looked at the Transcriptions of  the Registers of Morland PART I 1538 - 1742,
Originally Printed and Published with the consent of theRev. J. ANDERSON, Vicar of Morland.

In there it is transcribed as 'Richard Kilner and Ann How'

There are quite a few Kilners in Morland so that is one reason I am wondering if Margaret's name is Kilner and some of these are her relatives.

No Proof though. So will keep looking.
