Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Pvt Joseph Charles Green - Royal Berkshire Regiment - Service No :- 201307 - buried Abingdon Cemetery - died 29/12/1918

He was the son of Walter John Adams Green and Lilian Eliza Green (nee Roberts) of 138 Victoria Road, Swindon, Wiltshire

The private memorial marking the grave of Pvt Green no longer provides adequate commemoration.  The commission are in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.

Marjorie married Percy Critchley, Swindon, 1923. Daughter Dorothy born 1924.

Mollie K Green married Kenneth Wildey, 1952, Devizes. There were other marriages of Kathleen M Greens (her birth name) in Swindon.
