Attempting to track down location of Balintore Farm which I believe my grandfather managed

Assuming that you mean Balintore Farm in Easter Ross, it's just outside Balintore.

There is another Balintore in Angus.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

I was able to find this farm on the NLS maps, just wasn't sure the tag was accurate.  Your map seemed much more user friendly!

I now need to go back and see if the location matches my memory from some 50 odd years ago as 12 year old running through a field on a hill with my father Cameron (1933-2001), as we realized it housed a bull   :)

I also will need to visit Balganore Farm as well, as my Great Grandfather, James Barnetson was a ploughman there when my Grandfatgher was born.

Would that perhaps be Balnagore rather than Balganore?

There's another Balnagore on the Isle of Arran.
