Alice Maud Mary BERTRAM burial? Death in Sandgate, Kent.

I'd like to find the burial record of Alice Maud Mary Bertram (nee Crook), who was always known as Maud, and died 3 Dec 1931 aged 49 at Bevan nursing home, Sandgate, Kent, although she was of 55 Gloucester Terrace, Paddington, Middx. according to the probate record. She also referred to herself as a widow but in fact her German husband had returned home at some point because I discovered his marriage and death in Hamburg in the 1940s.

Would those dying at this home be buried at a particular cemetery?  If so which one please, and who would hold the records?

I have already researched and discovered a lot about this person so please don't spend time and trouble on other aspects (https://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=833172.0)

Her administration  has a will did it say where she wanted to be buried?

Probate 4 June 1932 London

Did she have other close family ie parents, siblings, children she may have been buried with?  If you find one of those she may be mentioned or even in the same place.

Amondg - no her will didn't mention burial place.  Good suggestion though.

Millipede - no she isn't with her parents and many of her siblings in the cemetery in Calne where the family were from. 

I don't suppose Bevan nursing home from that era has archives somewhere, but worth me trying to find out.

Really my first point would be the likely cemetery for those who died in Sandgate.

is it possible she was buried in Scotland, as that seems to be where most Bertram graves are to be found.

She had no Scottish connections - the name Bertram was from her German husband.

The Sandgate Society has pointed me to some possibly church graveyards for burials of those who died at Bevan, so I'm waiting to hear more.  It appears there are no archives from Bevan.

Now received the info that she is not listed as being buried at St Martin's Church, Horn Street, Cheriton.
