Marriage look up please Coleman & Pluckrose. Poplar 27/12/1939.

 Hi everyone,
                    Could anyone please do a marriage look up.
                    Gladys Coleman married Frederick O. Pluckrose.
                     27 December 1939, Poplar.

                    Gladys father was William Coleman, he died 1935.
                    I have a probate notice and the 1939 register.
                    Date of death 27 September 1979, Norwich.
                    Frederick death is 26 February 1962, Acle.

                   Anything help would be appreciated.

As the page number is fairly high (1177), it is possible that the 1939 marriage has not been included on on-line data.

Do you have the memorial inscription, both are buried at Blofield. Or is that where you got the death dates from?

In cherished memory of a dear husband and father Frederick Pluckrose who died 26 February 1962 aged 57 years. Also of a dear wife and mother Gladys Pluckrose who died 29 September 1979 aged 63 years. God Bless

 Hi BumbleB & amondg,

                                 My first search the 1939 reg for any Gladys Coleman
                                 as there was nothing in Belfast site’s only her birth.
                                 Her mother is the link to my family side.

                                 Have a lot of her family names and some death notices
                                 but her parents notices don’t give much.
                                 Free bmd give me a marriage year 1939.
                                 Searching will give me the date of death, then tried some
                                 Find a grave.     Everything points to it being right.

                                Just wanted it confirmed it was correct.

                  Thank you for your help, will have a search next trip
                  to the library.  Hopefully will find something.
                  Have found most of her brothers and sisters but she
                  was the only living away.
