Weir's from Co Tyrone

I am wondering if anyone can help please.

I am researching my maternal side of my family and looking at Ancestry several people have different information and l am trying to work out which is correct.

My Grandfather James Weir was born in Strabane, Co Tyrone 1883 and married Mary Ann Williamson 29 Aug 1907.

I can find information about Mary and her family but my problem is with James Weir.

I have searched the Irish records and found who l thought were his parents.  John Weir and Mary Jane Weir (maiden name was also Weir).  I noted on James's marriage cert that his father was John so thought this was the right one.  I got lots of hints on Ancestry (l know not to believe everything) and they have James's parents as William Weir and Eliza or Elizabeth Jane Crawford.  They have also got my G Grandfather as William James Weir.

On Irish genealogy l found these records but now l am not sure l have the right people.

Any tips would be great as l am now beginning to doubt myself.  I am not as experienced as most of you but l do try to make sure my information is correct or at least as much as it possibly can be.

That marriage is 1917 not 1907 and to a Matilda Ann McFarland not Williamson

At the time of marriage, James' residence is given as Wood End. This is in the civil parish of Leckpatrick:

This is likely your James in the 1901 census, aged 16, in the neighbouring townland of Roundhill working as a labourer for another family. Note he cannot read or write and that the makes his mark on the marriage record.

On the Weir marriage in 1877, the townland looks like Curleton(?) which I'm not able to readily find, but the next entry below is for a couple from Woodend so definitely in the right area.

Sorry my mistake.  James married twice.  First marriage to Mary Ann Williamson and then Matilda Ann McFarland and the marriage cert l sent was for his first marriage to Mary Ann Williamson.
