I am researching a member of the RN who was posted to RNSQ Naples in April 1944.  Can anyone tell me what this establishment was?

I can't tell you what SQ stands for, but there is a Royal Naval presence on shore within the Headquarters Nato Allied Joint Force Command in Naples. This website will tell you more about that organisation: https://jfcnaples.nato.int/
