 I think in have gone wrong on the ancestry tree . One of the family members think they found William parents.

But I dont it add up to me because .Ann and William as parents and they are say they got 2 kids called William!!!!!

I am not sure 1 May 1818 for Charlotte is correct - Where does this come from?

Possible baptism for Charlotte Green in Dudley 16 Feb 1812

Unfortunately in all the census records we get different birth places for William Fletcher.
Coseley and Sedgley and Wolverhampton

There is this birth in Wolverhampton
William Fletcher bapt 5 Dec 1808
Base born son of Elizabeth Fletcher

However
I think the 1806 birth in Croseley to parents Isaac Fletcher and Mary James does look the most promising.
Their marriage took place on 4 Nov 1805 in Sedgley, and both were from Sedgley.
Both signed with a mark.
Witnesses to the marriage were Isaac Fletcher and John Newton

I cannot see any more children born to Isaac and Mary, so I wonder if this is Isaac’s death …..
