Looking for deaths of James Skelcy,born 1909, gas inspector last seen on 1974 electoral roll, living in Greenwood, Ontario and Lilian Skelcy,born 1914, last seen on 1963 electoral roll, living in Scarborough, York,, Toronto.
Any help in finding them please.

Obit for James Henry Skelcy in the Toronto Star 15 Sept 1978 page C23.

It says he is a retired employee of Consumer's Gas.  He died Sept 13 1978.  Husband of Lillian.  Brother of Gertrude Jezzard, Ivy Laidler, Thomas Smith and Kenneth Smith.

Found Lillian's mother's obit from 1961 - also a son James Charles from 1944...still looking for Lillian!

Elizabeth Mills - died May 28 1961 at Toronto General Hospital.  Elizabeth Miller, wife of the late Alton Lee Mills, mother of Lillian (Mrs J Skelcy) and Keith.  Interment Resthaven Memorial Gardens.

Toronto Star 1 May 1944, page 23

James Charles Skelcy died as a result of drowning, on April 29 1944.  Only son of gunner James Skelcy and Mrs Skelcy of 685 Mortimer Ave.  Aged 9.  Interment St. Johns Cemetery, Norway.

Memorial notice in the Star from April 1966 - to their son James Charles (Jimmie).   It says from Mother and Dad.

Lillian must have been alive in 1966.   Still looking...

It says Ivy Kathleen Laidler died at the East General Hospital on 13 Aug 1990.  Wife of the late Richard.  Mother of B and his wife D, and J and his wife M.  Sister of Thomas and Kenneth.  Interment Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
