Coopers of Middlesex Brewery ( Breweries )

Could anyone point me to a site or info . within books etc..associated with a firm named as Coopers and said to be a brewery or breweries , in the Middlesex area c . 1820 - 60 . Past Rootschat threads concerning the Bevil family ( and an alias Melville ) , suggested that family members were accountants there and there had been lost money issues .
I am more interested in the firm of Coopers rather than any Bevil surname as there has been various threads started and locked for both John , William and other members , but someone may have the surname within any info ? .
I have looked through an amount of what is on the internet in the Middlesex area for past brewers but have come up with nothing ( everything reverts in the end back to an Australian modern day company ) inc . the Brewery History Society - Middlesex .
I wondered originally if Coopers were Accountants and not a brewery but they are mentioned on occasions throughout the threads as a brewers .
Is there anyone who has info . on the history of brewers in the area . Regards

Coopers who operated breweries in the London area:

1836 (newspaper mention): W Cooper's St George's Brewery, Back Road, St George's East
1841 directory: Wm Cooper, 50 Lower Shadwell
1851 directory: Wm Cooper brewer and saw mills, 50 Lower Shadwell
1856 directory: Thomas Cooper, 4 St Mary Street, Whitechapel

Directories: the best free resource is the Leicester University collection: https://specialcollections.le.ac.uk/digital/collection/p16445coll4

You can download whole directories from there (easier that trying to search them online).

Looking through your original  Cooper Brewery names , they are based around the growing docks area of the east of London whereas looking back through the extensive Bevil / Melvile threads , the west of the city seems the area of possibility . Thankyou

Why do you think it would be the west of London? I've just been looking at some of the old threads and the direction seems to be to the City and the East End.

I've been looking through my many past notes on the Bevil ( Meville ) family and just not sure why I believe it was to the west of London . There will have been a reason but hey ho..not sure .
I do thank you for your efforts to provide this info . and will start checking for further pieces tonight in the East of the city .
As you say , looking back through some of the threads on Bevil / Meville , the central belt around Kennington Common ( mentioned on occasions ) and Bankruptcy within the family seems to have been commonplace . There is more info . known in Oxford , Cheltenham and family associations to Cardiff and Bristol . Cheltenham shows interests in the auction trade ( again ) , various local Conservative party mentions via newspapersand as a landlord of The Star Hotel where he was originally selling some of his stock . Walter Mitty character to wherever he ended up .
