Gordon/ Achnach

Please help me locate George Gordon’s parents names. I do not even have the year that he was born or the location.
I do however have this information.

Elspet Achnach (Aitnach)born Inveravon, Banffshire, Scotland on 1772
might now be
known as Grant; married George Gordon.
His mother was named Margaret Christie.

Elspet’s parents names were Donald Achnach and Helen Brown.
I cannot find anything on either of them.

Elspet and Gordon were married on May 9th 1786 in Knockando, Morayshire, Scotland

Their daughter Elspet Gordon of the family of
Gortons; married William McWilliam.

Please help me if at all possible.

If Elspet had been born 1772 that wold seem very young to be married, although not impossible.

However if this was he death it seems more likely, she may have been baptised as a young child?

The only baptism in the County for George below.

However you state “His mother was named Margaret Christie” – How do you know this?

There is a death record in Knockando but no age and no 1841 census in Knockando for either George or Elspeth?

I forgot to mention, welcome to Rootschat.

A tree on Ancestry states the Alexander & Margaret married 1761 Keith, Banffshire but no record on Scotland's People or elsewhere that I can see.

There are some Knockando parish deaths but not until 1841.

I do not see any children and no death for Elspeth or David.
