In John Farrell's 1904 marriage registration (reply #4), 21 year old Bridget Brien's address was given as Mount Poplar and her father as James Brien, a farmer. The following registration at Athboy (Trim) has to be a possibility for Bridget's birth in December 1881, parents recorded as farmer James Brien of Mount Poplar and Mary Doolan:

Here is the James Brien - Mary Doolan marriage in February 1881 at Athboy, the two fathers were given as Michael Brien (deceased) and James Doolan, both farmers:

I think this might be the family living with James' brother Michael in 1901, daughter Bridget doesn't show, but some of the births of the children listed in this census return point towards James Brien and Mary Doolan:

For example, son Thomas born in 1897 to James Brien of Kildalkey and Mary 'Dowling':

Or daughter Elizabeth in 1892:

I suppose this could be the 'missing' Bridget in 1901:

The Brien family in 1911:

Farmer James Brien died at Kildalkey in September 1912 at a reported age of 69, his daughter Kate was the informant of his death:

The will calendars index confirms his fuller address as 'Mountpoplar Kildalkey' (top of right page):
