Ordered 2 pdf certificates and had trouble with one. Contacted them through the site and they re-uploaded the certificate for me and problem solved.

I received this information from GRO:

Please enter the COL number into the first box and the year into the second box, leaving the date field boxes blank, and click ‘Search’.

I can see what I was doing wrong now.
