Joshua Etherington
« on: Friday 28 October 22 07:48 BST (UK) »
Hi, I have a brickwall with Joshua Etherington and his Family.
He died in 1768 in Birstall and I can’t find a church that actually buried him. Any info would be fantastic. He married a Hannah Craven in 1730 in Birstall and I am unable to find her final resting place also.

Just to add to Jo's responses.  Images of the parish register entries (St Peter, Birstall) are available on Ancestry.  Hannah's burial indicates that she was a widow.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Both Birstall and Drighlington are near Leeds and therefore in West Yorkshire.  This may help with further searches.
