On the 1901 Census, Griffith Evan's address is "2 Aelfor Terrace". In 1911 his widow Sarah is still at that address.
The address in your first link above is "2 Aelfor Terrace"

The 1902 newspaper items that refer to Griffith Evans at "2 Aelfron Terrace" would appear to be a misprint.

It's Aelfor Terrace on the gravestone.  Image waiting approval.
