Trying to get into my own e-mail account, got "Forbidden" message. Can't contact person to speak to at Virgin - what can I do? Any ideas?
Threlfall (Southport), Isherwood (lancs & Canada), Newbould + Topliss(Derby), Keating & Cummins (Ireland + lancs), Fisher, Strong& Casson (all Cumberland) & Downie & Bowie, Linlithgow area Scotland . Also interested in Leigh& Burrows,(Lancashire) Griffiths (Shropshire & lancs), Leaver (Lancs/Yorks) & Anderson(Cumberland and very elusive)

Oh you beat me to it Gadget, I was just about to post the same link  :)
Please acknowledge when a restorer works on your photos, it can take hours for them to work their magic

Please scan at 300dpi minimum to help save the restorers eyesight.

I’m with virgin media too. I have no problem on my phone or iPad but on my pc logging in through their website often comes up with login errors. 

Note virgin media doesn’t like chrome. I have to log in via windows edge
Please acknowledge when a restorer works on your photos, it can take hours for them to work their magic

Please scan at 300dpi minimum to help save the restorers eyesight.

What Browser are you using ?

jc says that there is a problem with using Chrome and has to use Edge.
