Welcome to RootsChat  :)

Could it also have been known as the West Kent Hospital? See www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/west-kent-hospital-maidstone-kent-247099738

Another image here from the 1920s https://museum.maidstone.gov.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Out-of-the-Shadows.pdf

Not seeing much on the history of the hospital except for snippets like:

There's very little recorded history about this hospital which was located in Marsham Street. The hospital, located close to the town centre, was the main hospital for Maidstone until the 1980s when like many other towns, services were merged on to one site

HiPB,
West Kent Infirmary was later known as West Kent Hospital. It was located in MARSHAM STREET in Maidstone town centre.
The earliest proof of its existence . Is a Burial for Edward Harrison aged 18 on Oct 14 1844.Address given as West Kent Infirmary, Marsham Street. Trinity Ward.
Later it appears as King St. Ward.
It was thought to have been in operation for at least 150 years when it was demolished in the 1980's.The site was redeveloped as residential and is where Hengist Court now stands.
