The only one I'm seeing at the moments had parents John & Hannah

The Lockett/Cooke marriage was June qtr 1871

1881 shows her aged 29 b Burslem so have you checked the 1861?

Prety sure Mary Florence is the mother

Here's the family in 1861

Susannah Lockett    9    Daughter

I can also see John and Maria Lockett in a separate household, with brother in law Richard Harvey

Not doing well on birth registrations with mother's maiden name Florence

I found a wedding recored for Robert Cook(e) and susannah Lockett where Thomas Florence was a witness which seems to suggest that  Susannahs mother was indeed Mary Florence.

I read somewhere that Hannah was a common short form of Susannah so that sort of makes sense
