Are you looking on Anc?   This is a link to the parish in 1851 Enumeration District 6a https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageviewer/collections/8861/images/MGYHO107_2499_2499-1194?ssrc=&backlabel=Return&pId=15319508  You can look at the next ED 6b by changing the District at the top of the page

Is that Edward Humphreys the platelayer from Berriew?

If so, wife Ann(e) was from Llanfyllin per the 1871 and 1881 censuses (Llanwddyn in 1891 could be a mistranscription).

If you can find the children's birth registrations the online GRO index should give you her maiden name.

I noticed on 1891 it was given as Llanwddyn and 1911 given as Llanuddyn
there is a possible birth of daughter Elizabeth in june qtr 1869 reg at Dolgelly , on the census her birth was given as Dyffryn Adudwy which might come under Dolgelly at that time ?
I didn't think maiden names were shown at that time ?

Elizabeth was 2 in the 1871 census so possibly the birth registered in Dolgelly in 1Q 1869 mmn Evans.
Edward born Llanbedr circa 1871/2 was possibly the birth registered in Ffestiniog in 1871 mmn Evans
Thomas was born circa 1872/3 in Llanbedr so should also be registered in Ffestiniog but the only possibilities there are mmn Price or Rees

There is a Edward Humphreys/ Ann Evans marriage in Llanfyllin in 1863 but that seems a bit early.
