Hello - Is anyone able to help track down an Elijah E. Beard/Baird that was born in Lanarkshire around 1764 or provide any other resources to check. I greatly appreciate it.

https://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/quick-people-search is the normal place to start, but I've checked and there is nothing on your Elijah that I can see. I searched for Elij* B*rd to catch any variant spellings.

Where did you come across Elijah?
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

This tree on Ancestry is for an Eilijah E Beard, I guess this is the one you mention.

Yes, it is and we actually have more information than what is listed there. We are trying to get beyond that.
