It is cited in some public trees but is later than some of the children’s births.

Where do you have Armstrong as her name?

That is indeed our William.

I need to check my records for more info but Armstrong is his middle name.

Thomas is later known as Frederick Thomas.

The marriage being dated earlier than more than one birth suggests to me it is not the correct one. Also I think it more likely that the marriage would be in Cavan as that is where Francis and Eliza were born.

Does Francis occupation read "pensioner" on that marriage cert?

If so he was a bit young at 23!
