Charlton/Hutchinson/Folker Info needed

I need your help again guys.

Louie Hutchinson nee Charlton born 1886 in Thorney Cambridgeshire and died 1972
Herbert Hutchinson born 1880 Wisbech Cambridgeshire
Doris Folker (Hutchinson) born 1922 Wisbech
Derek Hutchinson born 1925 Wisbech

The above information I got from 1939 Register, they have misspelt her name on this register, but have found her marriage to Herbert.

Curious to find out who Doris and Derek are to Louie and Herbert as I'm struggling to find information and if they are their kids then where does Folker come into this.

Hello Ray, Derek HUTCHINSON birth registered at Wisbech in 1925 has mother's maiden name CHARLTON (free to search on FreeBMD). So he certainly looks like the child of Louie and Herbert.

And Doris HUTCHINSON birth registered at Wisbech 1922 has mmn CHARLTON.

Doris HUTCHINSON married David FOLKER 1946 registered at Downham.

The Register was continually updated while National Registration was in force, when it was a legal requirement to notify the registration authorities of any change of name or address. This ended in 1952, but since 1948 the Register had also been used by the National Health Service, who continued updating the records until 1991, when paper-based record keeping was discontinued.
