William John Lewis appears with Ruth in 1939. dob 28.4.1873. Ruth remarries Arthur Hamer in 1942. From the 1911 &1921 census his pob is Tiago County,Pennsylvania.

Phil, many thanks for getting back. The 1 certificate that would be good if finance allows would be Williams James birth giving an exact dob.

Weather here horrible so thought I would revisit this post and believe all the following to be correct.

William James Lewis born 1900 mmn Richards.

Parents marriage 1899 Bridgend. (fathers names should read James Lewis & John Richards)

We know from 1911/21 census and 1939 war register records that William John Lewis is now living with a Ruth. No marriage found

It would appear that Margaret has set up home with a James O'Hare (no marriage found)and appears with him in 1911/21 census and various children. POB United States. Her father John Richards 1st married Mary Watkins 15.7.1853, and 2nd marriage to Louisa Reeves 29.10.1883. Both marriage images on Anc*.

There is a derek Edward Lewis b Hendon Middlesex mother witts 1934

He married a julie a ( may be astra  ) Rogers in Bristol District ( as in Simon Lewis's family tree  ?? )

Derek passed away 2018 Bristol District Gloucestershire

They had at least one child a Rebecca louise Lewis ( mother Rogers, )

Did derek and julie have any other children  ??

This might be possibly a lead ??
