Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Pvt Thomas Harold Allen - Royal Fusiliers - Service No :- 54938 - buried 2/9/1918 - buried Oxford (Headington) Cemetery.

The private memorial marking the grave of Pvt Allen no longer provides adequate commemoration. The Commission are in the process of producing a new headstone to mark his grave.
