Where did you see the death of Thomas ANDREWS in Sept qtr 1892? I can't see a death of FreeBMD in Gloucestershire. 

Did you mean the Thomas ANDREWS with death registration Dec qtr 1891 at Gloucester (6a/235) aged 74?

There vis a ELLEN Andrews buried same Church as Robert.
Buried  17 Dec 1904
Abode The Leys, Bengeworth
Age is down as 22**
But likely still your Ellen as may be mistranscribed.

FreeREG is taken from Parish Records by volunteers so age may have been hard to make out and they have made a mistake.

Bit of googling and I found;

The Leys in Evesham is in the West Midlands region of England. The postcode is within the Bengeworth ward/electoral division.

EDIT, back soon am going to check if any other Ellen Andrews were listed as a death 1904
