Ignon Lines marriage 1775

Hi all, does anyone have the copy of the marriage of Ignon Lines (various mispellings of his name) to Sarah Lines 20 April 1775 Harpenden. Looking for any information on Sarah, was she a widow? I know there were other Lines families in both Redbourn and St Albans (I have ruled out those in Rickmansworth as regards distance) but can't find her. She died Harpenden Aug 1814 age 65 which gives a birth year of about 1749. Any help appreciated, regards Pete.

Inaho (sic) Lines of the parish of Harpenden and Sarah Lines married by licence on 20th April 1775. He signed by mark, she signed her name. The witnesses were John Hawkins and William Lines. Marital status is not provided.

There is this baptism:

Sarah Lines, daughter of Edward and Sarah Lines, baptised on 24th July 1748 in Harpenden.

Just as a matter of interest how easy was it to marry a relation without checking back as they are related by 2 generations?
