Good Morning All, hope you are all well. I am still trying to connect with my Pearce Ancestors who came from Bathford Somerset St. Swithin Church Quaker Religion. I found James Pearce born/bap 1/6/1617 son of Thomas Pearce in Bathford, I am hoping he is connected with my Pearce ancestors through to Earl Pearce from Bristol. Perhaps they are all Quaker's Thomas Pearce who married a Joan Heeley on the 25/3/1670, 20/2/1669 changed for the marriage.

It's not quite clear what you're asking for here.
It would be better to be more specific.

What's the last, (earliest), evidence of the name, date and place you have of your Pearce ancestors.

It seems you are trying to tie them into this James Pearce born in 1617.
Without more information, there is nothing to build on.

Good Afternoon goldie61. I am sorry I am not clear, I don't any idea where to search in the UK. I am from Austraia and having a hard time in finding the earlier ancestors of the Pearce Line, I have sent a message to Bathford Somerset they may be able to help.

Hello Jan,
I have just spent some minutes trying to find any Pearces in Bristol on FreeReg, or even in Somerset, between 1600 and 2000 ! There are very few. haven't looked on FamilySearch or other FH sites.

What details do you have of this Earl? Birth/baptism dates etc?
Where did you find James' details?

Have you checked for other spellings? Pearse? Pierce? etc.

As Goldie61 says, we can't help without more information to build on.

Good morning all, I have found another help regarding the Pearce ancestors, sorry I am not clear with my posting haven't a clue where places are in the UK, and of course there areas change over time, thanks for your help.
