Suspect that the Ann Beard and Elizabeth Beard you are looking for were actually the 2 wives of William Beard.

William appears to have married Ann Lloyd in Broseley Sept 20 1858 and Elizabeth Lloyd in Wellington 1 Feb 1874. Were Ann and Elizabeth sisters? Both marriages have Joseph LLoyd , barge owner as father of the bride. It was illegal to marry the sister of a deceased wife at this time- might explain the second marriage in Wellington?

William

Dent (Haltwhistle and Sacriston), Bell and Jetson (Haltwhistle), Postle, Ward, Longstaff, Purvis, Manners, Parnaby and Hardy (Co. Durham), Kennedy and McRobert (Banffshire), Reid(Bathgate), Watson (Wemyss), Graham (Libberton), Sandilands (Carmichael), Munro (Dingwall)

I would suggest you start a new topic, that way others can add to this existing post without mixing up topics
