Looks like Keith Grove to me.
OH worked down there many years ago.

Does the census you have snipped cover Emily F, Ernest HA and Edward P, or maybe Joseph?
These are the names showing using the free search for 30 Keith Grove (2 records), so may help confirm.

Thanks ReadyDale. It was Joseph Ellis and  Keith Grove seems a good fit in W12.  T
