I am trying to find any information regarding a Jane Amphlett who was buried at the red church jackfield on Oct 7 1846 aged 76,who was the wife of Thomas who died 1847 aged 72.
Anything about their family,children,or occupations.

Have you found them on the 1841 census to establish if both were born in Shropshire?  All censuses are free here

Jane Pickering married a Thos Amphlet in the parish of Broseley 13 Dec 1793. 

Another marriage transcription has her name as Pickerell. 

Child Elizabeth baptised 20 Mar 1814 Broseley has parents Thomas and Jane but I don't know how common that surname is in that area. 

William baptised 6 Apr 1806 but again don't know if he belongs to the parents you want. 

There are other baptisms with parents Thomas and Jane.

On the 1841 census they are at Lloyd Head Brosely and Thomas is a waterman.
Both born Shropshire.
Thomas is buried also at Broseley 18 Sep 1847 age 72 years also of Jackfield
Thomas Amphlett waterman of Broselyt appears in the Quater Sessions records Dec 1839-Jan 1842

Their children at Broseley  -Nancy 28 Feb 1794-29.9.1796,Benjamin 24.1.1796,Thomas 13.8.1797,Ann 14.7.1799,Edward 14.8.1803 at St Mary,William 6.4.1806,Sarah 24 May 1807,Mary Ann 27.2.1809,Jane born 13 .10.1810 bapt 6 Sep 1812,and Elizabeth 20 March 1814 of Broseley waterman.

Jane Pickering is a bit older 4.3.1767  at Broseley d of Samuel and Sarah Pickering.
The Pickerings change between Pickering and Pickeral but it is the same family.

They both signed and John was a waterman.
Rose buried 31 Jan 1839 Broseley aged 83 of   Broseley

John is 2.3.1801 or 23 Dec 1808.
