This looks like a marriage of 'Evanus Rice de Carno et Anna Edwards'.
They had 3 lots of Banns published. The date at the end is 25th Nov.
Lane, Burgess: Cheshire. Finney, Rogers, Gilman:Derbys
Cochran, Nicol, Paton, Bruce:Scotland. Bertolle:London
Bainbridge, Christman, Jeffs: Staffs

I agree with goldie61. It may be worth adding that Ann Edwards was of this parish -
huius parochiae
, and the banns were published in both parishes -
in utraque parochia
.

The records were from Llanbrynmair. Llanbrynmair and Carno are neighboring parishes. Will make a note of the Latin for "This parish" and "both parishes"
