Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing blood relatives of Major Kenneth Arthur Hill - Royal Artillery - service no :- 26585 - who died 16/2/1943 - buried Duffield Cemetery.

Major Kenneth Hil served in the Royal Artillery, 501 Coast Regt., Service No. 26585
He died aged 43

He was the husband of Kathleen M. Hill, of Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire.

The private memorial marking the grave of Major Hill no longer provides adequate commemoration.  The Commission are in the process of producing a new headstone to mark his grave.
