1921 census help

Hi All

I am trying to find the family below on the 1921 census and I cannot find them anywhere any assistance would be greatly appreciated I have tried Angus, Lanarkshire and Scotland all to no avail. Details as follows:

James Elliot Kelly Born 19 July 1898 in Glasgow. His Wife Helen born Dundee 9 Sept 1898.
Son James Born 14 Sept 1920 at 36 Walton Street Dundee.
