That does look possible Trish.  Looking at the image I think it's Joseph or Josiah (Jos^h ) ?ARTRIDGE, 30, wheelwright. He is not the Joseph PARTRIDGE, wheelwright at Grendon who married Sarah SANDERSON, they appear a couple of pages later in the 1841 census.

Certainly Sarah and Alice look very possible. Looking on FreeBMD there are only 3 "Alice *RIDGE" births registered in Northamptonshire in the right time period, and the other 2 can be accounted for. Whether "Ann (30) is Elizabeth PARTRIDGE, not sure. Shame relationships were not stated on the 1841.

My gut tells me its them in 1841.
As relationships not shown Joseph/Ann may not be a married couple even.

Isn't this the Jeremiah and Margaret Ann who are the parents of Sarah christened 13 Oct 1837 in Grendon and sister Alice christened 7 Nov 1839?
