St Michael And All Angels' Church, Greasbrough Street, Northfield, Rotherham

The church operated from about 1900 to the late 1970s and was then demolished

Thank you for the link arthurk, which I have come across before and as you say, their photos are not easy to access. Wonder if any photos of the church are available from another source?

I wondered about Rotherham Local Studies, but a quick look in their catalogue didn't seem to reveal anything. Or newspaper reports of its opening/closure?

I have a newspaper report of it's consecration in 1901, but there is no illustration included with the article.

As parish records are held at Sheffield City Archives, they may possibly be able to help.  :-\
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!
