Mary Farrar died in May 1891 in Hunslet. Find a Grave says she is the wife of Henry Farrar. So this will be why Alice is living with her uncle when she gets married the following year. At the time of his wife’s death Henry is living with another woman and has a child with her in Bradford. He abandoned his first family. No wonder I was struggling to find them! Thanks for your help.
