Birthday Text book Winstanley family

I found this book in a charity shop in  Wrexham,  it was for people to enter their Birthdays in a friends book. Unfortunately only the book owner has their year of birth.
I tried to work out who they were but failed.

That's it. There's no clues as to where these people lived apart that the book was bought from Chester. 
Donations to the shop can come from local to Wrexham people,  but there's also donation centres in Shrewsbury and the Midlands so could have come from anywhere.
It's beaten me so if anyone wants a challenge.... go for it.😃

GRO Reference: 1868  M Quarter in PRESCOT  Volume 08B  Page 684

March quarter would fit a 3rd March birthday.

I'll see what else I can find.

There is an Arthur Blayney bookseller and stationer living at City Walls, Chester, Cheshire, England in the 1891 census.  With wife Annie and four children.  Registration district is Chester.

He could be the Arthur in the birthday book.  His birth year is given as 1841.

David Rowan STIRLING married Mary Hannah FERGUSON Sep qtr 1883 at Birkenhead. They can be found on various census, David is a draper. In 1911 May Hannah (widowed) is a head teacher/schoolmistress.
