I'm not sure about Gwynedd FHS but I had lots of help from local  family history groups and also was able to purchase records from them.

Nadolig Llawen
Rowland was baptised 10 Jun 1797 at Amlwch it is on Ancestry, indexed under surname wms. See Ancestry indexed page no 140 of mixed parish records 1692-1907. It's not very good quality, but says:
"Rowland son of William Wms Miller by his wife Jane June 10th"

Robert W ms possibly:
Robert Wms baptised 9 Nov 1800 Amlwch son of Wm Wms by Jane his wife - does not mention he is a miller, but uses same abbreviations.

Just to be aware, there were at least 3 other Wm Ems with wife Jane around 1798 time - a tanner, a farrier and a saddler.

However, there your William and Jane also had a daughter Jane Wms baptised 8 Oct 1808, and Wm Wms the miller and wife Jane are living at Maes y Llwyn (index page 192)

In the Chapel baptism records you have, it says that Jane's parish before marriage was Llanberis.

I am wondering if she is the Jane, daughter of Rowland William & mother Elizabeth Roberts of Hafod Gynfor, (Nant Peris, Llanberis), baptised 17 jul 1778 at Llanberis.

This family is in trees on Ancestry that you could check out to see if they have a DNA match. This Jane Rowland has siblings William (1761-1828), Catherine (b.1764), Owen (1769-1823), Mary (b.1771), Marjery William (b.1773), Griffith (b.1781), Elinor (b.1788), Robert and Rowland. All are children are listed as being of Rowland William (1737-1796) and Jane Roberts d. 1802). These names follow in the family.  There are more than one ancestry tree, but the one with most records has the parents Rowland William of Hafod Gynfor marrying Jane Roberts on 27 Jan 1761 at Llanberis and has details of his parents to at least 1705.
So I would say it was worth checking them all out. I you need the link I can send it, but you should be able to find the trees with the above info.

Thank you Welshgen, i will join the group and see if they can help me.
Sam many thanks for your input. I have checked the families as you suggested but no dna matches found yet. I think it is possible that the Jane Rowland in those trees is mine but i see they have her born same year as Elizabeth so possibly a twin. But E has a baptism with no mention of Jane.
