St Marks Worsley
12th March 1908 , Albert Edward Ratcliffe aged 32 years,
grave W 2192, his youngest son Albert Edward born 23 rd July 1907 was buried with his Daddy on the 28th May 1908, son John is also in this grave buried 28th September 1900, as you already know this is also Arthurs grave , its a family grave , as well as a war grave , but glad he has been recognised as a hero,
abode at the time was 52 Vicars Hall Road Boothstown , Sadly his wife didn't remarry and died at Ancoats hospital ,and buried in Grave W2194 on the 17th December 1927, I was hoping she had remarried

I volunteer for the CWGC and St Marks church graveyard is one that I cover. I can confirm that Arthur’s gravestone was erected last Wednesday. A picture and information on Arthur can be found on the churches graveyard website -
