That’s great re Nora.
What about Mary? Do you think that could be her - died as a child? Do you mean Ellen Maher?

Happy Christmas to you and yours also. I hope the Family tree is sorted now.  :)

I am a bit confused. When you mentioned Eliza Maher, I was asking if you meant Ellen but realise you meant that Eliza confirms all.

However, all seems to be right now with births/deaths and ages. Do you agree?
Nora would be Honor and Mary died in infancy?

Is this her parents in 1911 - Murtha and Eliza?
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Queen_s_Co_/Abbeyleix/New_Ross_Street/781591/    Yes.

Eliza says she has had 8 children and 5 are still living. Have you records for the ones who have died?
I have record of 3,Anne Finnelly died 3/3/1885.Patrick,died,1916/1917.

There is this death in 1878 for Mary Finlay. The informant is Ellen Maher. Besides the name difference, she is described as a Car Driver’s child so not confident about it.

Hi Ben,
You just seem to be re- posting earlier information so it is not clear that you are happy now that we have found:

Nora in US and death.
Nora was born Honora in 1872. (You had her birth year wrong)
Mary (twin) died as a child.
These were your initial queries and hopefully now solved.
