A much better list of townlands in Co Monaghan from Townlands.ie
You will need to scan through the long list.

https://www.townlands.ie/monaghan/

Researching: Cuthbertson – Co. Derry, Scotland & Australia; Hunter – Co. Derry; Jackson – Co. Derry, Scotland & Canada; Scott – Co. Derry; Neilly – Co. Antrim & USA; McCurdy – Co. Antrim; Nixon – Co. Cavan, Co. Donegal, Canada & USA; Ryan & Noble – Co. Sligo

Thanks all,
I thought it might be Clontibret but wanted fresh eyes on it, possibly a misspelling by the registrar? Clontibret would be in the area i'm researching. :)
