Charles Brinley born 1813 Castlelara Bullyhaise Cavan Ireland..

If the Ballyhaise Catholic Church was built between 1820-1825
and the Ballyhaise Church of Ireland built between 1815-1825 where would is birth records be.
Find-my-past has this info, however not a full member, so can only get this far.
Charles Brinley -private service number 838,  58th Reg joined 1833.
Need to confirm birth and Parents Please.

He attested  6th July 1833 aged 18 years and 18 days. There is no mention of parents or NOK.

Ah I got the terra and tara mixed up.
The Civil Parish and the COI parish are Castleterra and the RC parish is Castletara and/or Castleterra.

Judging by the information on the PRONI & John Grenham sites, the RC baptism records for Castletara (Ballyhaise) start in 1763 but there’s a gap between 1809 and 1862, so no records exist for around 1813.
