A Land is a tenement building, in other words a building containing several flats/apartments/dwellings. Usually it is called after whoever owns it, or maybe a prominent occupant.

So Kincaid('s) Land is a building at No 64 Bank Street.

You say you are "still tracing" Thomas Reid. Does this mean that there are previous threads about Thomas Reid? If so can you please provide links to them so that people can see what information has already been found, and avoid duplication of effort.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
